Photography:

Anybody can take a picture. A photograph is far more. A photograph can be art, it can be part of graphic design, or it can be a marketing tool.

With photography, it's far more than just aiming a camera at something and clicking a button. One has to consider lighting, distance, lens focal point, desired sharpness or blur. Lens problems like vignetting, chromatic aberration, and barrel distortion also have to be addressed. If digital cameras are used, technical details such as color gamut and dynamic range must be considered along with sensor size (cell phone cameras and most point'and'shoot cameras are worthless where quality and detail are concerned.

I have displayed photos in some art galleries and competitions. Award winning entries can be seen in the categories below, along with some descriptions.

I do have a larger, dedicated photo gallery site showing all of my works.
Please take a look!
