Pamphlets and Greeting Cards:

Pamphlets are used to convey information in a succinct, formal manner. They can be plain, or they can be artistic. Either way, the goal is to convey information - pertinent to the venue in which they are given out - and in a way that looks professional and clean.

Greeting cards may also be formal, but may also have a creative, comedic, or other emotional bent designed to elicit an emotional response.

My portfolio is still young, but contains enough material here to present.

  Example Designs:

  • Trifold1 - outer flaps
For a design in Typography class, I had to create a trifold pamphlet (with edge guides, not seen on the printed paper). This panel incorporates (from left-to-right): Right panel, back side, front cover
  • Trifold1-Back
When you open the trifold, this is the inner panel seen

  • GreetingCard1 Front
An assignment for Desktop Publishing had me creating a Halloween card. This is the front cover.
  • GreetingCard Back-left
This is the inside-left panel. If printed, the Jack-O'-Lantern would be embossed to give a 3D effect.
  • GreetingCard Back-right
The inside-right panel of the greeting card created for class.
  • Old-hw-card-front
While the ultimate Halloween card design was scrapped, I kept the cover design
